Challenge:
A growing digital marketing agency struggled to keep up with content production. Writers needed briefs for blogs, landing pages, and social posts. But strategists were stuck spending 30–45 minutes on each one, manually researching topics, keywords, and structure. It slowed down the pipeline and delayed client delivery.
Solution:
I built an automation using Make.com, OpenAI, Google Sheets, and Notion:
Content managers enter a topic into a Google Sheet
The automation pulls competitor context and related keywords
OpenAI generates a full content brief, including title ideas, suggested headers, meta description, tone, and CTA suggestions
The final brief is automatically sent to Notion, organized by client and due date
Result:
Reduced briefing time from 30+ minutes to under 3
2x content output without hiring more writers
